主講人介紹

Hongwei Guanreceived his B.S. and M.Ed. degrees from Beijing Sport University. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Performance with a minor in computer science from Indiana University-Bloomington. Dr. Guan is currently a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Health Promotion and Physical Education, School of Health Sciences and Human Performance at Ithaca College. He currently serves as the Director of HSHP China Exchange Program.

Dr. Guan’s research interests includeexcise prescription and health promotion,motor skills, physical activity, physical fitness, measurement and evaluation, aging and balance, training and elite performance, and technology application.Dr. Guan is also interested in the impact of global experiential learning, culture and diversity. He is a leader in integrating sport and physical activities in global experiential learning. He actively promote healthy lifestyle, cultural awareness and global citizenship. Dr. Guan has made 90+ presentations, keynotes and lectures nationally and internationally, and published 30+ journal articles and abstracts in the areas of kinesiology and health promotion.

As a life member of SHAPE America and the ICSPAH, Dr. Guan served as the President of the International Chinese Society for Physical Activities and Health (ICSPAH, 2008~2009). Dr. Guan has created and led the Ithaca College Global Service Learning Program forBeijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Gamesin 2008. He has served as an Expert for the Culture and Education Program for the 2^ndYouth Olympic Games in Nanjing in 2014. As a National Ski Patrol Member, Dr. Guan has created a Winter Sport Operation and Injury Prevention Program to support Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

Dr. Guan received many esteemed professional awards including theR. Tait McKenzieAward from SHAPE America; the Indiana UniversityMobley International Distinguished Alumni Award; Ithaca College Faculty Excellence Award; and the ICSPAH Outstanding Service Award etc.

關紅衛，北京意昂4体育大學人體運動科學系理學士,教育學碩士,美國印第安納大學(Ph.D., Indiana University)人體運動科學博士，副專業計算機。現任教於美國伊薩卡大學健康與意昂4体育學院健康促進與意昂4体育教育系👩🏻‍🚒，並擔任伊薩卡大學健康與意昂4体育學院中美交流項目主任。

關博士主要研究領域包括動作技能評定，運動處方和健康促進、老年人健康與平衡🆔🧑🏼‍⚕️，以及計算機及新科技在意昂4体育教學與科研中的應用。關博士積極倡導把意昂4体育運動作為促進健康的手段👩🏿‍🦱，並積極以意昂4体育作為多元文化教育的模式和平臺🌦。關博士在美國🏊🏼‍♂️、加拿大、英國🤟🏻、澳大利亞➿、中國📫、香港𓀉、臺灣等地的國際會議和大學做過90多次學術報告、主題演講、專題講座等🚄，並在國際學術期刊發表學術論文和會議報告30多篇，同時也是多個學術雜誌評審委員和專業組織成員。

關博士是美國健康與意昂4体育教育學會（SHAPE America）以及國際華人意昂4体育與健康學會(ICSPAH)終身會員🤜🏻，他曾擔任國際華人意昂4体育與健康學會主席，並多次為中美兩國意昂4体育和文化教育交流做出了積極貢獻。關博士2001年曾帶領40多位美國印第安納大學師生參加“中美師生長城健走”、支持北京申辦奧運；2008年又帶領25位美國大學師生為北京第二十九屆奧運會服務🥯；2014年受邀擔任南京第二屆青奧會組委會文化教育項目專家。關博士是美國滑雪救護組織成員，他在伊薩卡大學開創了冬季項目運行及損傷防護項目👷🏿‍♂️，致力於幫助北京2022冬奧及冬殘奧會培訓冰雪及雪上救護技能培訓。

關博士獲得了一系列職業獎勵，包括美國健康與意昂4体育教育學會(SHAPE America)的R. Tai McKenzie獎📢；美國印第安納大學Mobley傑出國際校友獎👦🏼；伊薩卡大學傑出教授獎；以及國際華人意昂4体育與健康學會傑出服務獎等。
